How close are the simulated horn and enclosure dimensions to those of the actual speaker? The reason I ask is that the 515-8G driver parameter values you are using seem to be a bit different to those published by Altec Lansing :-).
Even after allowing for directivity, and looking at the combined horn plus port response (rather than just the horn response as you have done), for some reason the prediction is still quite different to your measured result."
