Quand au filtrage je ne repasserai jamais en passif. Le filtre actif permet de gérer les délais, faire des equa. On peut affiner beaucoup plus à la mesure. 

Commence par remplacer ton DCX, tu gagneras déjà pas mal ....
Le seul truc qui me ferait changer c'est un test avant achat pour écouter et comparer. Mais à mon avis les différences ne seront pas énormes.
