Je cherche le datasheet du transistor NEC 2SC1161. Si quelqu'un avait un lien ou un fichier (*.pdf ou image) à proposer, ce serait sympa.

Ce document-ci (ISC), je l'avais déjà trouvé. Donc, je crois que je vais devoir m'en contenté car je ne parviens pas à mettre la main sur le datasheet original du fabricant. Il est vrai que "normalement", c'est la même chose !
