6P1 is a new device, following the equalizer, is the announcement of hybrid power IVC using 6P1 as the first stage. In order to take advantage of the feature of 6P1, it became a battery - drive.
Power supply
Using lithium battery Hanye Tech DS-DV001 in 4 packs, we made +/- 15 V and put 8 series Enel BK-KJMCC in series on + 15 V for voltage power supply.
Amplifier
The first stage is the grounded operation of 6P1, the current output of 6P1 is current amplified by the current mirror of 2 SA55 and then converted to the voltage output of the + power supply reference and connected to the completely symmetrical drive stage using the 2SJ77 differential amplifier circuit .
The final stage is SiC MOS-FET SCT 3030 AL. The driver has adopted 2SK 214 in relation to a battery-drive. Because SiC has a high Vgs, it increases the voltage of the voltage amplification stage.
In the hybrid amplifier IVC, a dual timer was used to turn on the power amplification stage after the voltage amplification stage became normal, but this unit has been simplified to a slow start circuit using CR circuit delay. It may be okay to save time and effort to make production adjustments. This kind of thing can be done by the speed of the 6P1 start-up. Since the SiC MOS-FET is also used for the slow start circuit, it is better to take this point into consideration when considering device replacement and the like. The assumed time for heat-up is 15 seconds, but personally I feel that it is hard to throw away the reliable operation with a timer.
