J'ai jeté un ciel sur la datasheet de la puce ampli, les 5W sont donnés pour une alimentation de 5V, je vois que le machin utilise un accu Lion de mémoire tu as 3,7V chargé au taquet, mais qui peuvent chuter à 3,2V.

Sous 3,2V la puissance chute à 1W à 10% de THD, donc cela dégringole assez vite...d'ou peut-être la coupure. La puce se protège.
