Dear audio-friends from Mélaudia,
please let me say thanks to all who made it happen!
Special thanks to all the helping hands!
I am very sorry not being able to contribute in the same manner because of the distance of my hometown.
We liked the house at the Seine river very much. It was a wonderful short vacation.
Regarding the VOTT when we listened to the taiko drums this was very impressing. I can only congratulate Veronique and Yves to their beautiful new speakers!
It was also very interesting to listen to the conference of Jean Michel when he explained in detail how he invented his unique horn geometry. Without having a closer look many desings seem to be similar, but in fact this is not the case, as with other speakers too.
When I saw the elegant design of the ellipson speakers, it was like a flashback in the seventies where I alreday had wanted to buy speakers of this manufacturer. But it was too expensive for me at that time.
I could say many other positive things about this weekend, but I do have to make my homework first.
Probably I will write a report in my weblog later...
Best regards
a bientot,
Johannes (and Andrea)
